Step 1:
Analyse the application.
Identify links between any documents applicant provides and competency units.
Identify any key questions for skills interview.
Step 2:
Record results of analysis in table at end of application.
Step 3:
Conduct skills interview.
Step 4:
Complete the Skills Interview sheets.
Step 5:
Identify any practical activities required to confirm competency. Observe practical activity.
Step 6:
Complete Practical Assessment Tasks.
Step 7:
Identify areas where 3rd party verification is needed and inform candidate. Confirm / Verify Referee Testimonials.
Step 8:
Receive completed Referee Testimonial.
Complete Assessment Sign-Off and file documentation.
Issue qualification or advise of gap training as appropriate.
